Shipping & Handling
Shipping and handling rates start at $3.99 on small packages. Different weights, different prices. Packages are shipped via USPS and UPS.
If the shipping address provided in your order is incorrect and returned to us, the customer must then pay to reship the order to the correct address. The shipping cost for the returned order is non-refundable. If the shipping address provided is incorrect, notify us immediately with the correct address by calling: (626) 918-1313 or emailing californiabarbersupply@gmail.com.
We Do not Ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Guam Bulk Packages
We ship Monday through Saturday. As stated in your order confirmation email, please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. Please allow USPS or UPS 2-3 business days for your tracking number to be updated. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Once we ship your order, if the actual shipping costs results in being less than what was billed, we will refund you the difference. We are currently working to provide our customers with the lowest shipping costs possible. However, some items are more expensive to ship out than others (e.g. shipping a gallon of shampoo would cost more than shipping a razor). In order to provide our customers with the best possible shipping rates and satisfaction, we refund the difference of the shipping costs, if the actual shipping costs results in being less than what was billed.
Package shows as delivered, but I can't find it.
First, please check around your home. In most cases packages are left by the porch, side door, hid behind a plant or porch furniture. Check with your neighbors to see if they may have received your package. If you live in an apartment building, please check with your front office or mail room.
For shipping issues please contact your local USPS or UPS with your tracking number that was provided to you. We have no control of the actual shipment of your package once it leaves our facility, the logistics are taken care of by the USPS or UPS. California Barber Supply is not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier.
